Who We Are & What We Do
Matai Society is a women, queer, and trans-led organization based in Moirang, Bishnupur district, Manipur, founded in 2020.
It integrates three core verticals—sustainable livelihood, psychosocial health, and community building—to empower marginalized communities such as women, queer and trans persons and conflict displaced persons.
